How to use?
Rub the pork with our dry marinade and let it rest for at least 30 minutes to allow the spices and flavors to infuse the meat. For optimal flavor intensity, we recommend marinating the meat for 2–3 hours or even overnight. After that, cook the meat as you prefer—on the grill, in a pan, or in the oven. The marinade will create a golden, crispy crust while keeping the meat incredibly juicy and aromatic.
