Sea salt and cane sugar mixed with regular sugar create a perfectly balanced salty–sweet base.
Fennel adds a refreshing anise note, while allspice provides warm and slightly spicy undertones.
Lemon zest, dill, and parsley introduce a classic, fresh brightness essential for seafood.
Rare Timut pepper and shallots bring a unique, gentle heat.

Coriander completes the flavour symphony, making it even richer and more harmonious.

How to use?
Sprinkle the marinade over the fish, gently rub it in, and let it rest for 15–20 minutes to allow the flavours to develop. Then cook the fish using your favourite method — pan-fry, grill, or bake.
