1. How to pay for the order?
You can pay for your order via PayPal, Mastercard, VISA, Apple Pay, or Ibank, and you can also choose the payment method – bank transfer. If you choose the bank payment option, you will receive an invoice for payment to your email.
2. When will the order be shipped?
Orders are shipped within one business day after the order and payment have been received. You will also receive information about the shipment details via email. If, for any reason, we cannot ship the order within one business day, we will notify you via email with an updated estimated fulfillment time, which will not exceed 4 business days.
3. How long will it take for the order to be delivered?
- Latvia: 2–4 business days (Omniva parcel machine or courier)
- Estonia, Lithuania: 3–5 business days (Omniva parcel machine or courier)
- European Union countries: 4–7 business days (courier or mail)
- Outside the European Union: 2–4 weeks via mail or 4–7 business days via courier.
4. Can you deliver the order urgently?
If the ordered item is in stock, we can deliver it within 24 hours in Riga city. If you need the shipment urgently, please contact us before placing your order via email at sanita@studijapienene.lv or call: +371 29298748.
5. What are the delivery costs?
Delivery charges are calculated during the shipping process and included in the order invoice.
Fixed delivery charges:
- Omniva parcel machine in Latvia: EUR 3.50
- Omniva parcel machine in Estonia, Lithuania: EUR 7.50
- Courier within Latvia (Express Post): EUR 8.50
For deliveries outside the Baltic region, the weight of the shipment is taken into account when calculating delivery costs.
6. What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery time and the shipment tracking does not provide a clear status, please contact us immediately via email at sanita@studijapienene.lv.
7. How to return or exchange a purchase?
If the purchased item is not suitable or does not meet your expectations, and it has not been used, you can return or exchange it. In this case, please contact us via email at sanita@studijapienene.lv to arrange the most suitable solution.
8. What should I do if I received a free coffee/tea coupon with my order?
Feel free to come to our studio, present the coupon you received, and choose a free coffee or tea. The coupon does not have an expiration date, so you can use it at any time that is convenient for you.
