Abavas Apple velvet is made in winter time by blending juice from carefully selected and frozen Latvian apples with premium apple wine and our own distilled apple brandy, and maturing in French oak barrel for one year. Result is unique, naturally sweet drink with vanilla and fresh apple notes, complemented by apple spirit. A perfect aperitif or an elegant complement to blue cheese, chocolate and apple desserts.
